Refund Policy

Token amounts and consultation fees paid to Lawrence Property Dealer are governed by the following refund terms:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
• Token/booking amounts held by us in escrow are refunded in full within 7 working days if the seller withdraws.
• If the buyer withdraws after due-diligence documents are delivered, a processing charge of 10% applies.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method. For refund requests, email accounts@lawrenceproperty.in with your transaction reference.
